Account Security

Deposits & Withdrawals

bt789 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your account has been fully verified and any applicable wagering requirements have been met. bt789 may request additional documents for security verification purposes.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bt789 offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200 → total balance ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳14,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total balance ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, a 10x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: a ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry and terms — please read the details published at the time of the offer.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account termination.
• bt789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, bt789's decision will be considered final.

Limitation of Liability

Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Account Closure by bt789

bt789 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Clear violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Evidence of bonus abuse.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Evidence of providing a false identity or information.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. Before the account is closed, any outstanding wagering requirements must be met and any valid balance may be withdrawn.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between bt789 and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. If a dispute arises, please contact our support team and provide a detailed description of the incident.

• The decision will be communicated by email.
• In disputes regarding game results, bt789's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
